FCL-Full Collective Operation

在家用電梯/別墅電梯自動狀態(tài)或司機狀態(tài)，電梯在運行過程中，在響應(yīng)轎內(nèi)指令信號的同時，自動響應(yīng)上行、下行時的召喚，任何層樓的乘客，都可通過登記上下召喚信號召喚電梯。
In automatic or attendant service,the elevator responds to the command signal in the car while automatically responding to the call when going up and down.Passengers on any floor can call the elevator by registering the up and down call signals.

檢修運行
Inspection Running

這是在檢修或調(diào)試家用電梯/別墅電梯時使用的操作功能。當(dāng)符合運行條件時，按上/下行按鈕可使電梯以檢修速度點動向上向下運行。持續(xù)按下按鈕，電梯保持運行，松開按鈕即停止運行。
Up/down running in inspection speed.The elevator keep running by push on the button and stop when loosen the buton.

以距離為原則，自動運算生成從啟動到停車的平滑曲線，沒有爬行，家用電梯/別墅電梯直接?？吭谄綄游恢?。
With distance for the principle,automatic operation generated from start to stop a smooth curve,no creep,parked in the flat position directly.

自救平層運行
Auto rescue running

當(dāng)家用電梯/別墅電梯處于非檢修狀態(tài)下，且未停在平層區(qū)，此時只要符合起動的安全要求，電梯將自動以慢速運行至近平層區(qū)，然后開門。
When the elevator is not in maintenance mode, and did not stap on the leveling area, when meeting the safety requirements, the elevator will automatically run at slow to a leveling area recently, and then open the door.

緊急救援運行
Emergency rescue running

對于人力操作提升裝有額定載重量的家用電梯/別墅電梯轎廂所需力大于400N的電梯驅(qū)動主機，設(shè)置緊急電動運行開關(guān)及操作，以替代手動盤車裝置。
When manual winding required over 400N, set up the emergency electric operation switch and operation, to replace manual winding.

電機參數(shù)自學(xué)習(xí)
Motor parameter self learning

家用電梯/別墅電梯系統(tǒng)在運行前對電機參數(shù)進行自學(xué)習(xí)。
Self learning the motor parameters when the system is first running.

井道參數(shù)自學(xué)習(xí)
Shaft parameters self learning

系統(tǒng)在快車運行前，需要對井道的參數(shù)進行自學(xué)習(xí)，包括每層的層高、強迫減速開關(guān)位置。
First normal running. the system need self learning about the shaft parameters, including each floor height. the position of deceleration switch.

自動返基站
Automatic returm to main landing

當(dāng)超過設(shè)定時間，仍無內(nèi)部指令和層站召喚時，電梯自動返回基站等候乘客。
When there is no order or calls, after a period of time the elevator will automatic return to the main landing.

關(guān)燈節(jié)電功能
FLP-Fan and light protection

當(dāng)超過設(shè)定時間，仍無內(nèi)部指令和層站召喚時，則自動切斷家用電梯/別墅電梯轎廂內(nèi)照明、風(fēng)扇等電源。
Elevator will enter energy saving mode under no operation, turn off the car light and fan automatically within present time after door closing.

前后門服務(wù)樓層設(shè)置
Front and back opening setting

家用電梯/別墅電梯系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)需要分別對前門和后門選擇服務(wù)樓層。
The system can set the front or back opening according to requirement.

服務(wù)樓層設(shè)置
Service floor setting

系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)需要靈活選擇關(guān)閉或激活某個或多個家用電梯/別墅電梯服務(wù)樓層及停站樓層。
The system can set the service floor according to requirement.

自動修正轎廂位置
Automatic correct the position of cabin

家用電梯/別墅電梯每次運行到端站位置，系統(tǒng)自動根據(jù)Diyi級強迫減速開關(guān)檢查和修正轎廂的位置信息，同時輔助特制的強迫減速減速度徹底消除沖頂和蹲底故障。
Elevator run to the end station every time, the system will check and correct the position of cabin automatically according to the first forced deceleration switch, and auxiliary special forced deceleration to eliminate the fault of overrunning

跳躍層樓顯示
Floor display

靈活定義廳外顯示控制板顯示內(nèi)容，可以根據(jù)需要將顯示設(shè)置為非連續(xù)數(shù)據(jù)。

反向自動消號
Automatic elimination of reverse command

當(dāng)家用電梯/別墅電梯運行到終端層站或者運行方向變更時，將此前所登記的反向指令全部自動取消。
When the first or last landing is reached and elevator has to reverse, all commands originally registered will be eliminated.

開關(guān)門故障保護
Open and close fault protection

當(dāng)檢測到開關(guān)門超過設(shè)定次數(shù)后仍未有效關(guān)門，系統(tǒng)停止開關(guān)門并輸出故障。
When open and close over setting times still not effective, the system will stop opening or closing and show faulty.

保持開門時間的分類設(shè)定
Opening keep time setting separately

家用電梯/別墅電梯系統(tǒng)根據(jù)設(shè)定的時間自動判別召喚開門、指令開門、門保護開門、延時開門等不同的保持開門時間。
The system will judge the opening keep time of calling opening, order opening, protection opening, delay opening through the setting time.

貫通門獨立控制Independent control of through opening

使用貫通門時，可分別單獨控制前后門。
Independent control of front or back door when through opening

強迫減速監(jiān)測功能
Forced deceleration detection

家用電梯/別墅電梯系統(tǒng)在自動運行模式下，根據(jù)強迫減速開關(guān)位置、以及開關(guān)動作情況來監(jiān)測、校正電梯轎廂的位置。
Under auto running, the system will detect and correct the position of cabin according to the position of forced deceleration switch and the operation situation of switch.

開門按鈕門區(qū)開門
Open button

家用電梯/別墅電梯停在門區(qū)時，可以在轎廂中按開門按鈕使電梯已經(jīng)關(guān)閉或尚未關(guān)閉的門重新打開。
When elevator stop in door zone, can reopen the door through open button in cabin.

本層廳外開門
Open in landing

在無其它指令或外召的情況下，若轎廂?？吭谀骋粚诱?， 按下該層站外的召喚按鈕后，轎廂門自動打開。
When there is no call or order, the cabin stop in one floo, push the call box in landing, the door will be automatically open.

重復(fù)關(guān)門
Re-closing

家用電梯/別墅電梯持續(xù)關(guān)門一定時間后，若門鎖尚未閉合，則電梯自動開門，然后重復(fù)關(guān)門。
If the door lock not closed after the door keep closing for a period of time, the elevator will automatically open door, and re-closing.

滿載直駛
LNS-Load non stop

在自動無司機運行狀態(tài)，當(dāng)轎內(nèi)滿載時(一般為額定負載的80%) ,電梯不響應(yīng)經(jīng)過的廳外召喚信號。
When car is loaded to a predetermined percentage pf its capacity(normally it's 80%), it is considered"full". The car will bypass further hall calls.

超載保護
LWS-overload protection

保證家用電梯/別墅電梯轎廂運行時的速度在安全控制范圍內(nèi)，以保證乘客的安全。
If the load exceeds the rate load, the sound signal will be given out by speaker, and "OVERLOAD" will be displayed, the car door will not close,the elevator will not start.

防打滑保護
Anti-slip protection

在非檢修狀態(tài)，家用電梯/別墅電梯運行過程中，如果連續(xù)運行了F9-02規(guī)定的時間(45秒)后，而且沒有平層開關(guān)動作過，系統(tǒng)就認為檢測到鋼絲繩打滑故障，所以就停止轎廂一切運行。
In the state of no maintenance, elevator running process, if the continuous operation over the stipulated time of the F9-02 (maximum 45 seconds)and there is no leveling switch action, the system think rope slipping fault is detected, so they stop all running of cabin.

接觸器觸點檢測保護Contactor detection protection

家用電梯/別墅電梯在運行或者停止狀態(tài)下，檢測到接觸器的吸合狀態(tài)異常時，系統(tǒng)自動保護。
When elevator is running or stop, if the contactor is detected abnormal, the system will automatically protect.

電機過電流保護
Motor over-current protection

檢測到電機的電流大于Z大允許值時，家用電梯/別墅電梯系統(tǒng)自動保護。
The system will auto protect if detected the motor current over the max. allowed data.

電源過電壓保護
Motor over voltage protection

檢測到電源電壓大于Z大允許值時，系統(tǒng)自動保護。
The system will auto protect if detected the motor voltage over the max. allowed data.

電機過載保護
Motor over load protection

檢測到家用電梯/別墅電梯電機過載，系統(tǒng)自動保護。
The system will auto protect if detected the motor overload.

編碼器故障保護
Encoder faulty

全系統(tǒng)只使用一個高速編碼器來進行閉環(huán)矢量控制，如果該編碼器發(fā)生故障，家用電梯/別墅電梯系統(tǒng)自動停機，避免因無法得知編碼器故障引起的沖頂蹲底的故障。
Only one high-speed encoder for closed-loop vector control is used in system, if the encoder failure occurs, the system automatically shut down,prevent due to unknown encoder failure caused overrunning failure.

故障歷時記錄
Fault record

系統(tǒng)具有6個故障記錄，包括家用電梯/別墅電梯故障產(chǎn)生的時間與樓層等信息。
The system will records 6 faults, including the time and floor information of the fault.

稱重信號補償
Weighing signal compensation

系統(tǒng)可以在高端應(yīng)用場合中使用稱重信號，對電梯的啟動進行補償。
System can use weighing signal in special application, to compensate the starting.

預(yù)轉(zhuǎn)矩設(shè)置
Pre-torque setting

系統(tǒng)可預(yù)先輸出與相應(yīng)負載匹配的轉(zhuǎn)矩，以保證家用電梯/別墅電梯的舒適感。
System can be output in advance with the corresponding torque load matching, to ensure the comfort of the elevator.

門鎖短接檢測
Short detection of door lock

家用電梯/別墅電梯在自動運行模式下，每次開門到位均識別門鎖是否存在異常。
Under auto running, it will detect whether the door lock is abnormal during every door opening.

測試運行
Test running

測試運行包括新電梯的疲勞測試運行、禁止外召響應(yīng)、禁止開關(guān)門、屏蔽端站限位開關(guān)、屏蔽超載信號等測試運行方法。
Including fatigue test run of the new lift, prohibit called response, prohibit open close the door, blocking end station limit switch,shielding overload signal etc. test methods.

一鍵求救功能
One key for help

通過操縱箱上通話按鈕，對控制柜對講主機進行呼叫，當(dāng)無應(yīng)答時，對講主機將自動向依次設(shè)置好的3組電話號碼(或手機)進行撥號，直到接通為止。
The communication button in COP will call the master phone in controller first, if no answer, it can dial to 3 setting numbers in turn, until it's connected.

停電應(yīng)急自動平層Emergency autorescue device

當(dāng)由于樓房停電導(dǎo)致運行中的轎廂不在門區(qū)而困人時，停電應(yīng)急平層裝置就會啟動，驅(qū)動家用電梯/別墅電梯就近低速運行到門區(qū)開門放人。
when power off, the car is not in the leveling zone, the emergency auto rescue device will start, drive the car to the door zone and open to release he passengers.
